A plan review, an on-site meeting following framing stage, and the possession orientation are all part of the process.

Our Credentials

Douglas Homes offers an outstanding warranty package and provides buyers with a customized home-owner manual that offers maintenance tips, outlines construction procedures, and provides warranty information. Warranty visits are scheduled for three months, siz months and one year following possession. We are an accredited member of the Alberta New Home warranty (this is the highest ranking awarded) and a member of the Calgary Home Builders Association. Award recognition includes numerous Alberta New Home Warranty Program service awards, multiple local SAM Awards, multiple Provincial Awards of Excellence, and a National SAM Award.
