The mission statement for Douglas Homes is to provide excellent value, superior quality, and maximum service from design through warranty. Douglas Homes maintains a leading edge by implementing unique methods and innovative products. We are an extremely cost effective builder offering excellent value at a fair price without sacrificing quality.

Our goal is to exceed customer expectations. Douglas Homes is large enough to offer high quality and value but small enough to offer exceptional personalized service. Our clients are afforded ample opportunity to voice preferences and be involved in the construction of their new home. A plan review, an on-site meeting following framing stage, and the possession orientation are all part of the process.

Douglas Homes offers an outstanding warranty package and provides buyers with a customized home-owner manual that offers maintenance tips, outlines construction procedures, and provides warranty information. Warranty visits are scheduled for three months, six months and one year following possession. We are an accredited member of the Alberta New Home Warranty (this is the highest ranking awarded) and a member of the Calgary Home Builders Association. Award recognition includes numerous Alberta New Home Warranty Program service awards, multiple local SAM Awards, multiple Provincial Awards of Excellence, and a National SAM Award.

Doug Musak, Owner & Founder Douglas Homes was founded in 1989 by Doug Musak who is the current owner and President of Douglas Homes. He possesses some of the best credentials in the industry including:

Doug has extensive field experience and has worked as a framer, roofer, cribber, concrete layer, drywaller, and finisher. Doug takes a "hands on" approach to the design and construction of each home; the result is rigid quality control.
